Brittney McDonough is Managing Director and Chair of BarkerGilmore’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice. She partners with executive leadership on a national platform and focuses on identifying and delivering top legal and compliance talent across a wide range of organizations including service providers, insurers, senior living, health IT, medical device, and pharmaceutical companies. Brittney deploys an extremely personalized, client-centric approach and builds trust and rapport with ease.

Prior to joining BarkerGilmore, Brittney spent a decade at a Fortune 500 company where she held a variety of strategic leadership roles. Foundationally trained in project management, Brittney’s ability to listen, envision, communicate, and execute consistently results in highly successful engagements and client satisfaction.
Brittney earned her B.A., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Geneseo. She currently resides in Fairport, NY with her husband and their two children.
