Does it make sense to have a resume on file
with your firm?
Most of the talent we represent are not actively searching for a new position, but are interested in being informed of unique opportunities that offer career growth or a new work environment. This understanding ensures that you will not miss out on any opportunities.

Does it make sense to use a recruiting firm

This affords you the luxury of having your resume directed to key decision makers. Additionally, being represented by our firm provides you with access to professional coaching throughout the entire process. We guide you every step of the way including the identification of all of the opportunities in the marketplace that meet your objectives, resume writing, interview preparation and offer negotiation. While you may make only a few career changes in your lifetime, we do this everyday.
I do not want my present employer
finding out that I am considering potential
new opportunities. How can I be sure that
my search will remain confidential?
Confidentiality is the benchmark of our business. Your name and resume will not be shared with a potential client until you give your express consent.
