Our client, a major financial institution, develops industry leading funds and retirement plans which are distributed to large institutional clients throughout the world.  Due to an internal promotion, we seek a seasoned lawyer with experience providing solutions for legal issues arising from the manufacturing, distribution and servicing of insurance products and mutual funds in the pension marketplace.

 

Our client seeks a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience, ideally, at least fifteen years of legal practice in a large law firm or recognized financial institution.  Experience preferred includes: ERISA; Securities Laws including ’33 Act, ’34 Act and Investment Advisors Act; IRS Tax Code for qualified and non-qualified retirement plans; broker-dealer regulation and/or annuity insurance laws.
