Due to consolidation and growth, our Massachusetts based client requires a senior lawyer to manage state-based regulatory affairs including New York State gas and electric rate cases. This seasoned lawyer will have significant experience interfacing with the governing authorities for state-based energy regulatory matters and able to manage a group of regulatory counsel. Must have a JD and 10+ years of experience, either with a law firm or in-house. Outstanding writing, oral communication and management skills are required. While admission to the New York State Bar is not necessary to be hired into this position, it will be required to secure admission to the New York State Bar immediately following the start of employment.
